Running a real estate business is no small undertaking, and because it's not your ONLY undertaking (we'll go ahead and assume you have responsibilities beyond being a real estate agent), you cannot survive without the right systems and tools. There's simply no other way to keep all those balls in the air! So what's a busy agent to do?
Fine Point Transaction Management has found an organization tool we LOVE, and think you need to know about.
Wunderlist is an app compatible with your entire gamut of tech tools. Setup is very minimal, just an email address to create your account, and maintenance is virtually nonexistent.
Within Wunderlist, you can create multiple different lists with to-do items. Check the items off when they're complete, and invite different parties to collaborate with you on a list.

Create a list of Marketing Ideas, and throw ideas on there when they strike you (because once they leave your brain, they're gone forever).
Create a Grocery list, because it's a miracle you remembered you're out of milk and diapers 30 seconds before your meeting, and you reallllly need them for tonight. Invite your significant other to add items, too.
Create a Goals list, and have your top 10 (or 25 or 1,000) goals with you everywhere you go, keeping you motivated 24/7.
